The design I've made in honour of the Rocky Mountain Soap Company Women's Run is a trail I spend quite a lot of time on. It's used mostly by locals on the "not a golf course" at Canmore has a few old mine related remnants to discover. 

It's a nice bike ride and a dog walk in the summer if you love helicopters overhead.
